and new information. You may want to direct
changes, updates, and add new content by
simply picking up the phone. See our

In order for you to make that decision, we
can prepare a quote on a maintenance program
suited to your individual requirements. Or
we can bill you for any website changes
and/or additions as they occur. |

Domain
Names |
|
If you are considering using the Internet
and Web for your business, you need to
register your domain name as soon as
possible (there is a current load of 17,000
registrations per day). Once registered, you
will own the domain name and no one else in
the world will be able to get it.
We
can register your domain name for you
through Gator Hosting. But please beware,
that with the heavy load of domain
registration, there is no guarantee you will
receive a particular Domain Name. Most
registrations go smoothly but Simple
Solutions cannot be held liable for any
domain registration problems. This is a
third party registration process. |

The
"Process"
Step 1: Initial Meeting--
Free Consultation |
|
We will schedule
a free consultation meeting either by phone
or in person. We will try and get to know
your business and your objectives. We will
discuss your ideas, needs, timeframe,
budget, and establish a plan for your
website
|

Step 2: Proposal--Free Quotation |
|
After our
consultation meeting we will provide you a
quotation. The proposal will contain a
description of the work and a cost based on
the estimated time to produce your website.
The proposal must be signed by you and
returned to us with your 50% deposit along
with any materials you wish to supply.

Step 3: Preliminary Website Design |
|
We will begin to
design your website and post it online with
a temporary website address or send it to
you on CD-ROM. You will need to view the
preliminary web design and discuss with us
any changes you would like to make in the
design.
|
|
Step 4: Final Content Development |
|
After
preliminary website changes have been made
and all navigation links have been
completed, the website will be uploaded
again to the temporary web address or sent
to you on CD-ROM for approval. Upon approval
you will be billed 50% of the proposed
website price.

Step 5: Website Placement and Final
Review |
|
After all
changes have been made and you are satisfied
with the design, your website will be ready
to be uploaded to its permanent address. You
will be billed for the balance of the
proposal amount (if any). You will be
supplied with a full detailed invoice. Upon
receipt of payment your website will be
uploaded to the website host of your choice
or Simple Solutions can
arrange hosting through
Gator Hosting. |
